Community submission guidelines
Use this portal for credible witness testimony, documentary evidence, media relevant to a reported event, or other supporting material that helps establish what happened.
What we accept
- First-hand witness testimony
- Documents, records, screenshots, and corroborating material
- Photos, audio, and video where you have a lawful basis to share them
- Context that helps investigators and editors understand timing, location, and people involved
What not to submit
- Malware, executables, password-protected archives, or booby-trapped files
- Doxxing material, threats, spam, or harassment
- Material you are not permitted to share
- Speculation presented as fact without supporting context
How submissions are handled
- Your draft is stored with a receipt option so you can check status later.
- Attachments enter quarantine first and are reviewed through sanitized derivatives.
- Moderators review only sanitized derivatives before editorial handoff.
- Editorial review and publication happen only after additional governance checks.
Protections in place
- Receipt secrets are verifier-only and should be stored offline by the submitter.
- Protected contact pointers remain separated from ordinary review paths.
- Audit events are chained so moderation and editorial actions are tamper-evident.
- Public-facing material is derived from approved safe outputs, never raw originals.
